Intramurals
Girls and boys play intramural soccer from the ages of 3 through 8 years old (U4 to U8). The boy’s teams play on Sundays and the girl’s teams play on Saturdays. Times vary each week generally between 9 am and 4 pm. In the intramural program, children play within their own age groups born from August 1st of a specific year to July 31st of the following year. The club endeavors to form equally balanced teams in the U-5 thru U-8 age groups. The focus of each coach in the Intramural Program is to teach the rules of the game, passing and shooting skills, proper positioning, sportsmanship and team play. Some children in the U7 to U9 age groups (and U6 in the spring) also play in local tournaments during holiday weekends. Intramural rules vary by division (size of field, playing time, number of players, size of soccer ball, substitutions, etc). Click on the PDF file below for details by age group.
